Classroom

The classroom and home, on the same page.

Classroom logs behaviour and achievement, plans seating and shares it all with parents in real time — praise, reports and messages from one place.

Everything that happens in class, shared.

Behaviour, rewards, seating and comms in one place, nothing typed twice.

Behaviour & achievement

Award points, log incidents and spot patterns. House points to safeguarding notes, one running record.

Parents in the loop

Every message, report and update reaches home in the app — in English or Cymraeg.

Seating & room plans

Drag-and-drop seating with behaviour and SEN flags right there on the chart.

Parents’ evening, sorted

Bookings, slots and reminders handled for you. No paper, no clashes.

In the moment

Log the good stuff the second it happens.

Award a praise point or note an incident from any device as it happens — it lands on the pupil’s record instantly, and, if you choose, heads home before the lesson’s even out.

At home

Parents hear the good news, not just the letters.

Achievements, messages and reminders land straight in the GroupEd app — so a parent stirring the tea sees “Nikki earned 3 house points today”, not a crumpled note at the bottom of a bag.

Switching

Turn off the old way.

Whether it’s paper slips, sticker charts or a comms app nobody checks, here’s what changes on day one.

See it switched on
Behaviour logged on paper slips
Parents told at parents’ evening
Reward charts redone by hand
Points logged in seconds, any device
Parents updated the same day
Every message home in one place

Everything in Classroom.

The long list, without the long scroll. Open a line to see it.

House points, achievements and incidents in one running log. Award in a tap, spot patterns, escalate a concern.

Drag-and-drop seating plans with behaviour, SEN and achievement flags on each pupil. Save layouts per room or lesson.

Unlimited messages, achievements and reminders to the parent app: bilingual, read receipts, no per-message charge.

Set and mark classwork, build pupil reports, and run parents’ evening bookings, all off the same pupil record.

That’s the short version — the full checklist is under pricing, and all of it is included.

Switching is our job, not yours.

Four steps from wherever you are now, and the heavy lifting is ours.

Part of one platform that already talks.

Classroom shares its data with One and OnSite — so a pupil praised in class is known everywhere, and nothing is typed twice.

Getting started with Classroom, answered.

What it costs, what it needs, and how quickly staff can use it.

Can we use Classroom without changing our MIS?

Yes. Classroom syncs with the MIS you’re using now, so behaviour, rewards, seating plans and parent comms can move to GroupEd without touching your registers. If you move to GroupEd One later, everything you’ve built up in Classroom comes with you.

How quickly can staff start using it?

Sooner than a full migration finishes. Secondary schools are often using behaviour and attendance management within days, while historic data moves across in the background. Going live and finishing the migration are two separate milestones — you don’t have to wait for the second one.

How much does Classroom cost?

£290 base plus £4.50 per pupil per year for a primary, or £1,490 base plus £5 per pupil for a secondary, all +VAT. Every feature is included and so is the parent and carer app — no add-ons and no tiers. The price is frozen for three years.

Is there a minimum contract?

No minimum contract. The price you started on is frozen for three years, so there’s no renewal jump to plan for. Data migration is included, and your data stays yours — if you ever leave, we hand all of it back.

Simple, frozen pricing

One price. Frozen for three years.

A base fee plus a per-pupil rate — that’s it, and all prices are +VAT. The 2026 Launch Deal is free until your existing contracts end, then saves you at least 50% on what you pay today — locked for three years.
